FGF recently completed the restoration of the timber framed bell turret during CCGs landmark redevelopment project, converting Niddrie Mains Primary School in Edinburgh to private dwellings. Our works included replacement of rotten and missing timber mouldings and replicating them with fibreglass mouldings, resealing the turret with gel coat to make it water tight.
Fibreglass is a very versatile product and we use it to replicate natural stone, brick or block work or coping detail on older or listed buildings where restoration repairs can be hugely expensive or difficult to undertake or when replacement natural stone is no longer available.
Don’t hesitate to call or email us to discuss the restoration project you are working on or need assistance with.
